Sounds in absence of humans generated through a rotating wood-and-metal object using ultrasonic sensors, a rotor, Arduino, and Max/MSP.

Project B examines the emotional relationship between humans and machines through autonomous sound-making systems and self-regulating machinery. Responding to human presence and movement, the project reflects on the possibilities of emotionally reactive machines capable of embodying sensitivity and memory through intimate soundscapes and behavioural interaction.

Blending automation with emotional expression, the work explores how feelings can be reflected and reproduced through responsive mechanical entities.
